Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our precision fishing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details. Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the item.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval. The funds typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges will be shipped out via your original shipping method once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Hooks
  • Fishing Weights
  • Jigheads
  • Artificial Bait (e.g., Artificial Bait, Jigs, Crankbaits, Buzz Baits, Frogs) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

These items are excluded due to their nature and the difficulty in reselling them once opened.
