Our Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your shipment. For your safety and ours, certain items cannot be returned (see section below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the item.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval. The funds typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges will be shipped out via your original shipping method once the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Hooks
- Fishing Weights
- Jigheads
- Artificial Bait (e.g., Artificial Bait, Jigs, Crankbaits, Buzz Baits, Frogs) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
These items are excluded due to their nature and the difficulty in reselling them once opened.
