SOLID ROD FOR BOTTOM FISHING AND GENERAL BOAT USE. CONSTUCTION IS GREAT AS WE CAUGHT SOME SNAPPER THAT EXCEEDED THE 30 LBS RATING OF THIS ROD, TOO BAD COULD NOT KEEP(SEASON OVER), BUT DID CATCH SOME NICE KINGS AND A FEW SHARKS.
