    Brad,Generally speaking yes, if you write for rederas and not for search engines this becomes less of a problem. Just know you do not want to use a phrase too often or you can burn your own ranking.Of course you also want to make sure to use it to a degree or you simply can not rank for it.Bottom line: write for rederas, add target phrases to the title and possibly the metadescription.Brian
